This is a tiny gem in the Orkney Islands just of the North west coast of Scotland. This chapel was built by Italian prisoners of war who where captured in Egypt and bought to the islands to work. Made entirely by military supplies the interior is all hand painted to look like stone work and is truly breathtaking. Also considering its a free attraction (you can leave a donation to help with the restoration of the chapel) its definitely worth a stop off while your on the Island.
