This museum is another one of the sites in Phnom Penh which is a must see and relates to the Cambodian Genocide I discussed in the Killing fields blog. This site a former school was used by the Pol Pot regime to hold and torture prisoners. The most harrowing part about this site is how peaceful and beautiful it is now. It really does look like a school still to this day and from the outside you would never be able to guess what went on behind the walls.
